Terms & Conditions


Booking with us, you please read our policy carefully and tick on to “I agree” button. HLB Sails, is called party A. Party B is the customers who contact us or make reservation or using our services. We reserve the right to book or amend bookings follow our policy as per below:
1) The General rules
Party B contact party A meaning that you certainly accept our rules concerning to our suppliers’ term & conditions as well. We are local travel agency who help you to arrange tours/ travel services, we ensure to co-operate with suppliers to bring you the best services.
On the other hand, once you have any problem – we will be the middleman which assist you to solve some issues. Beside that, Party B is responsible for any kind of processing fees (if have) or originate from your side.
Party A reserves the right to terminate this Booking if the behavior or conduct of a Party B either prior to or during a Tour is likely to endanger the safety or well being of other Party B in his company or that of the Consumer himself. When the contract is cancelled in such cases, normal cancellation charges apply as set out below. If your actions or those of any member of your party cause damage to the accommodation in which you are staying, or cause delay or diversion to any means of transportation, you agree to fully indemnify the Party A against any claim (including legal costs) made against the Party A by or on behalf of the owners of such accommodation or the operator of such means of transportation.
In case of unnegotiable problem, Party A will transfer that to the operator so that you can deal with our suppliers directly.
 
2) Deposit and payment
Minimum 30% of the total amount should be made when you decide to book as a deposit for single service booking if the booking is 1 month before departure or more. 
At least 50% of the total amount should be made once you book from 2 tours/services or less than 1 month before departure.
If booking is made less than 1 week before departure, a full payment might require.
For the package tour, 30-50% deposit of the total amount is required.
The remaining balance shall be done on your arrival and payment options could be in cash or via credit card (Visa, Master, JCB card, American Express, Bank transfer, One Pay). Bank fees should be paid by Party B.
 
3) Flight part
Please be advised that Flight schedules by airlines carriers are subject to change without prior notice. In case of any flight Schedule change, the itinerary will be adjusted accordingly. We will try to guarantee the price and program as confirmed. But we have the right to inform of any incurred surcharges and clients will need to pay for the surcharges to adjust the programs accordingly. Furthermore, we are not responsable for the fact that in case of flights chedule change that clients cannot connect the internationalflights.
 
4) Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be informed by email, we don’t accept cancelling by phone or so.
- Free cancellation more than 15 days before departure date (except the portion related to train tickets or airfares to guarantee the seats or non-refundable service, hotel part for peak season or holiday period, apply based on each supplier’s policy and will be informed case by case)
- Cancellation made 7-14 days before the departure date will be charged 30% of the total cost. 
- Cancellation made 4-6 days before the departure date will be charged 70% of the total cost
- No Show, cancellation or amendment made within 3 days of departure date will be charged 100% of the total cost.
- 100% amount of booking will be refunded if the tours cancel by Party A such as bad weather condition, natural disaster,….(if the tour not depart yet)
 
5) How we refund?
If Party B made the payment via online payment link, Party A will take responsibility of refunding the compatible amount to Party B within 7-10 working days. Bank fees will not be refunded.
In some cases, we will refund local currency following Party B’s agreement.
